Lt Col Scott "Crank" Johnson took command from Lt Col David "Spoof" Myrick during their Change of Command ceremony at McChord AFB on December 19, 2018. Lt Col Brian D. Muto, assumed command on December 16, 2020 and Lt Col Grant W. Behning took command on Jul 8, 2022.
